When do we know the price?
In the proposal, after discovery and before we build. It's a fixed price, not an hourly estimate.
Do we have to pay for support?
No. Support is optional. Keep the software as it is, change it yourself, or hire anyone.
What does ongoing support cost?
If you want us to keep adding to it, we set up a monthly retainer sized to what you need. Ask us on the call.
